This notice describes how and why Leon Salvaje uses personal date.  It outlines our obligations and your rights under GDPR. 

  • Why?  Your data is collected to effectively and properly provide services to you.  Data is stored for specific purposes only and only data that is relevant to that purpose will be stored.  We use data to assess and tailor massage treatments and/or to provide childcare services.  We do not send out unsolicited marketing information, we do not share or sell your data to 3rd parties – unless required to by law.

  • When? We collect data when you complete documents or forms during the course of our relationship and when you telephone, message or email us.  We do not use cookies on this website. 

  • How & Where? Data is stored on physical and electronic media and is safeguarded by maintaining security controls designed to comply with the applicable legal standards.

  • What? The data we collect will be limited to – names, locations, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, health information for massage & details about your children (e.g. names, ages, allergies, likes & dislikes) for childcare.

  • How long? Your data may be stored for a period of up to 7 years. Disposal will be secure.

  • The lawful basis for processing this data is ‘legitimate interest’ – using your data in the way that you might reasonably expect for the safe provision of massage or childcare services and to meet the requirements of my insurance provider.

  • You have the right to request access to the information I hold on you, to rectify your information, to restrict the use of your personal information and the right to request to be erased.

  • Any changes to this policy will be available on the website.
